Optional names to help organize repos in sources.list

Add a '#01' to the end of listings in /etc/apt/**/*.list, followed by a short name, describing the purpose of the repository, such as 'Mozilla updates'. The number is a 2 digit int version number, with '00' reserved for future use. This will make it easier for users to sort or remove repositories.
