update the "Mark All Upgrades" button for theme consistency

The icon button "Mark All Upgrades" in Synaptic package manager is ugly and is not provided with any icon-theme for gnome I have seen, including the human-icon-theme. I think it's a good idea to create that icon and keep the theme's consistancy and beautiful look at least though all the important administration applications. This image shows it http://
