Edge Detection for Control Point creation

Add an Edge Dectection feature to the Control Point tab to assist with creating control points. Clicking the Edge Detection check box would overlay the images with the results of an edge detection algorithm. When the user clicks on the image to set a control point, the control point would be aligned with the nearest edge pixel. In this way the user may easily set line control points on edges and normal control points at corners or intersections.
