L3 VPN site and multi-site connection display in Network Topology tab

In the current Neutron/VPNaaS for the Icehouse release, there is no topological map/graph displayed to show the VPN connections for site-to-site and site-to-multisite on similar lines which is done for Network topology. This will go into network topology tab or a new tab specific to VPN.
