Show VM ceilometer stats in VM detail tab

A VM details has tabs like Overview, Log, Console etc. A tab to show VM stats (fetched from ceilometer) ,same as in 'Resource Usage' tab in admin panel, should be added. It will make easier for user/admin to view VM stats/reports.
Moreover as alike thing is implemented as 'Resource Usage' , same code can be reused to achieve this.
