support v3 pagination in the tables

The pagination mechanism changed for v3 from the marker and limit mechanism to a per_page and link one, This change will require updates to how pagination is handled in the tables so that it can handle both types of pagination.

[2013-08-13 | Gabriel] There's an ongoing discussion about what to do with pagination in the community at large and I don't want to spend cycles on this until that's resolved. We're also late in H3 now, and that's not the time to land something like this.
