support uploading large images through auto-segmentation

We could upload large image files (for glance) througth horizon, but it might be failed because of http-connection
Using javascript and websocket in html5, large files could be made into several segmentation, and these could be uploaded faster at the same time.
Finally large images are stored in object storage.(Swift)
