Update to jasmine 2.x

Jasmine has now a stable release which works with Angular >= 1.2.11
In order to avoid a technical debt and to get advantages of the new Jasmine release features (especially for asynchronous testing), we have to upgrade Jasmine and the corresponding tests in Horizon
