Show datastores and versions for Trove

In Icehouse Trove added support for datastores and datastore versions - which are currently not supported in the dashboard.

A separate blueprint is adding support for datastores and versions in the launch instance dialog

This blueprint is to provide a top level panel in the dashboard that will display all datastores, and datastore versions including showing the default version per datastore, and the glance image that will be used for each.

Eventually it is expected that some degree of datastore / datastore version editting will also be available via the dashboard
