View old task/event history performed by the user/tenant

One feature Openstack is missing is the ability the user can view his past tasks/events.
Tasks like creating and deleting VMs, storages, routers, networks etc can be viewed only by administrators in the corresponding log files. Tenant admins or Members can't view those details, hence can't track events ie. router deletion date. By using this feature, users may see the past tasks performed by him in horizon or CLI.
Few suggested fields are Tasks, Triggered at (Date), Status
Similar to VSphere client's tasks column.

Whiteboard
This is an interesting idea. We have something a bit like this for nova (action on the instances).
In order to implement this idea the related APIs (or new service to store this info) need to be implemented first.
