Expose scaling triggers via heat/ceilometer integration

When we have scaling with defined triggers on various metrics, it would be ideal to expose the measurement of those metrics up-front for each stack so that users have at-a-glance information about how their stack is doing on the metrics they care about.

Hi,

I noticed that horizon dashboard already supports metering panel to display some of the information from ceilometers. (from Havana release and further)

So could you please elaborate on the requirements/purpose of the above blueprint, and if the required support is already available in Havana?

If the blueprint is still valid then I would be interested to get it assigned to myself and start working on it.
