WIP POC of overview page
[david-lyle Dec 19, 2013] removing blocked status, this is dependent on a blueprint in ceilometer that is slated for i-2, this one is targeted for i-3 because of this dependency. We try to reserve blocked for items that are dependent on something that is not slated for delivery.
[david-lyle | 2016-06-15] Using ceilometer for this type of data does not align with ceilometer's mission. I'm marking this obsolete. Building a view on gnocchi as a plugin or using one of the monitoring plugins is a more appropriate solution.
