Extend the dashboard configuration to be able to support making changes to the panel configuration of the dashboard.

This allow the user to customize the panel being displayed for a dashboard:

PANEL = 'slug_name'
DISABLED = False
DEFAULT = True
PANEL_DASHBOARD = 'dashboard_slug_name'
PANEL_GROUP = 'panel group slug name'
ADD_PANEL = 'path to panel class'
REMOVE_PANEL = False
