Periodic Security Checks
This blueprint is related to the new Nova feature proposed in https:/
Changes have been made in Nova to allow administrator of OpenStack add periodic security checks against the hardware computing nodes. For example, administrator could add static file integrity check or dynamic memory check to verify that OpenStack services are running good known code.
This blueprint is to expose that functionality to users through Horizon. Administrator would be able to add and remove checks, schedule time of execution, and set timeout for each check. The results of checking hardware nodes would be displayed in Horizon, so administrator can search and filter the results of checks based on his requirements.
For more information, see the referenced Nova design specification.
