[jcoufal 2014--8-26] It's being actively developed by jtomasek, he should be able to finish it in juno-3

[david-lyle 2014.08.26] understood, but the code merge deadline is Sept 4 and code is not up for review yet. I'm willing to consider it again when code is ready for review. But the reviewer load is already too high.
