LBaaS/Horizon support for virtual memeber and per memeber parameter
In Horizon, LBaaS members are identifies by a selecting a VM. There are cases where the same server runs multiple application servers available on different TCP ports (ex: 192.168.1.1:8080 and 192.168.1.1:8181) which should be treated as different members by the logical load balancer.
The LBaaS memeber UI should allow selecting the same VMs multiple times.
It should also allow setting parameters (port, weight, etc.) for each VM to reflect the API capabilities

Whiteboard
[obondarev]: Actually LBaaS members are identified not only by their ip addresses but also by protocol ports so it seems the case you described in this bp is already covered by existing LBaaS model. Can you please clarify a bit more the concept of virtual member?
[david-lyle | 2016-06-15] with LBaaS v2 being in a separate plugin and development of v1 dormant. I'm going to mark this obsolete.
