Keystone Federation Protocol Mapping
Summary

Provide the ability for users to add/list/delete protocol and attribute mapping to an identity provider. This would require keystone v3.0+ of the Identity API.

User wants to use keystone federation, and have to add protocol and attribute mapping to an the identity provider. Provide the ability to set this up in the UI.
Description
=========
Add a panel that allow the users to add/list/delete protocol and attribute mapping to an identity provider.
A protocol entry contains information that dictates which mapping rules to use for a given incoming request. An IdP may have multiple supported protocols.
