Adding an ironic panel to Horizon implemented in Angular
Motivation

Having a user interface for Ironic within Horizon to allow users to manage their nodes and ports
Description
=========
The first iteration of this panel will contain a list of the user's Ironic nodes, details of them, their status and actions to be applied to them both individually and in batch. The main dashboard will be a list of nodes with further views to go into more detail on them.

[david-lyle | 2015-Oct-20] I think this content should be in a plugin, not the horizon tree. I'm excited for the support, but I don't think including this in the horizon tree is best for long term support.
