Creating a event table within the Instance details

Ceilometer has the capability to provide event information of an instance. Here's a presentation given at the Vancouver summit: https://youtu.be/eumAu6wyx0U The new table will help users see in detail the state of the instance, and help debug and profile actions that affected that instance.

I propose to add to the instance details tabs a new table with the details of all the instance's events.
The columns are:
- timestamp
- event type
- resource id (event id)
- host (if one is provided)
- message (if event added one or error message)
