Creation of related objects during a workflow

In many cases, you find yourself in the middle of some workflow/form and realize you need to go somewhere else in order to create the prerequisite keypair, floating ip, etc.
This is extremely annoying.
Instead, we could simply have a little "add" button next to the select widget that allows you to create a new whatever-it-may-be.
