Iconify Buttons
Bootstrap includes a good set of icons, and we can both slim down our table header space usage and make things more visually intuitive by using icons on our action buttons instead of text.
The classes are already on the buttons, it mostly just involves writing a little bit of CSS.

Different variations with the Instances screen:

My current impression is that the (+) sign works nicely with Launch/Create type of actions, while losing the text makes buttons like Terminate less clear and less apparently dangerous.
