Show hypervisor stats from nova in admin dashboard

Some operators would find it very useful to have access to the hypervisor information in nova via the OpenStack Dashboard. This feature would present the list of hypervisors as well as statistics and any other pertinent information. Most, if not all, of this data already exists in nova.

I've implemented an example for the hypervisor list and statistics as an additional panel (though this may be better suited as a tab in 'System Info'): https://github.com/zestrada/horizon-hypervisor
