Estimate the instances numbers for hypervisor capacity remains

The nova services have reported the key resources (vcpus, memory, local disk) already thru "hypervisor" statistics. It is easy to calculate the remaining resources as flavor types, means the admin will know that he can still launch how many nano, tiny.... or large instances with the remaining resources simply. It will be an estimation which shows the trend for capacity planning.
