Hide modal window help by default and display only on user's request
At the moment, modal window forms are split into halves and one half is taken for helping information [0]. It is not necessary to display this information all the time. Such a layout occupies a lot of space and blocks forms to get horizontal (more convenient) layout in the end.
There are multiple steps to enhance modal window forms. First step is to hide the help text, display question mark in the top right corner and on users action (click) display panel with help text. [1]
