Frontend browser testing

Registered by Gabriel Hurley

Dashboard is all about the user interface and experience; as such we should test that aspect as rigorously as we test our Python code. I propose 1. to develop the appropriate hooks in Dashboard to integrate Selenium using Splinter (http://splinter.cobrateam.info/) for Python bindings, and 2. to add qUnit for javascript unit testing, which will be integrated into the project test suite via Selenium. This way we can continue to have full CI from our single point of entry in bin/test. It will introduce a few new dependencies for those who wish to run the test suite.
