Ability to navigate to detailed external docs
Horizon users should be able to easily navigate to external documentation related to the feature they are using within Horizon. For example: when a user is launching an instance and wants to know what the "user data" field does and how it works there should be some way to get to that information easily within that context.

I would far rather see context sensitive help in the form of tooltips, or perhaps pop ups. The integrations should be with the standard docs by default and the context derived through some sort of automated tags, which I'm sure could be relatively easily done if it hasn't already been.
