Display image information for volume-backed instances (Admin/Instances + Project/Instances)

Currently there is an empty field in "Image" column for volume-backed instances. This information could be retrieved from cinder and should be displayed in the instance list. There should be additional information in the Image field indicating that the instance is volume-backed.

There doesn't appear to be anyone working on this, and the maintainers don't have the bandwidth to add all features requested.
