[data processing] Improve test coverage for Sahara panels

Many of the Sahara panels have only very barebones tests defined. Often they only check that pages load and verify that some critical page elements exist.
Ideally, each panel would contain tests that cover all of the options available to ensure that they are working. This is critical for the data processing panels since many of them are rather complicated.
