[data processing] Create a wizard for end to end job runs

The data processing module provides several panels that allow the user fine-grain control over each piece of what it takes to run a job. In order to better facilitate job executions for novice users or other users that do not need or wish to manually visit each panel to set up thei job, we intend to create a "wizard" which will guide the user through all of the steps from data source creation/selection to launching jobs on clusters.

More details of this will likely be discussed at the kilo summit in November 2014, but I want to get the blueprint started so that we can add more details as they become clear.
