Ability to configure chart items in Overview
Summary

This BP provides the feature to configure chart items in Project Overview panel.
Motivation
========
At the moment, some usages are displayed and these items are fixed.
However, more quotas are exist.
And some user want to see other usages. Conversely, some might think that they don't need to see some usages.
Therefore it should be customizable.
Description
=========
* Add param to configure items to "local_
* Increase items which can be set as a chart.
UX
===
Overview is the first page after logging in.
Displaying more useful information is good for users.
