[gabriel] Since Keystone's API now supports this I'm more than happy to see it implemented. The Settings dashboard seems like the right place for this to me.

Allow users to change their passwords
[gabriel] I appreciate you getting this done, and the code looks like it's coming along, but we're just too late in the RC cycle and well past the Feature Freeze deadline to add this in for Grizzly. I'll make sure it gets in first thing in Havana though!
