One-Click "Associate IP"

Up to the limit of available floating IPs (either in the pool or in the quota) a user should just be able to "one-click" assign a floating IP to an instance.
This *should* be a configurable switch, though, since in some settings it may be desirable to let a user select the pool and/or specific IP that should be assigned.
