Set or Change the admin-password for a server

When creating a server, we can set a administrative password for it. Or we can change the password for the specified server using the Nova's API. This feature need add the value libvirt_inject_password=True to the nova.conf file

The feature is setting the admin_pass when creating the server,it is supported by the python-novaclient, we are able to see the parameter 'admin_pass' in the fun: novaclient.v1_1.base.BootingManagerWithFind._boot().
