Add encryption indicator for VMs
Through Nova [1], it is now possible to encrypt all LVM backend ephemeral storage devices attached to VM instances managed by libvirt. However, there is no visual indication to the user in the dashboard that a VM has ephemeral storage encryption. An "Encrypted" column should be added to the Instances page to identify which instances have ephemeral storage encryption. This is similar to the column added for volumes to indicate which volumes are encrypted, which was added to Horizon in [2].
