Add attributes to cells of a table depending on the data in the cell

This feature will help users to add attributes to cells in a table depending on the data within the cell . Currently, there is a way to add attributes to cells within a table but these attributes will be applied to all the cell and there isnt a way to customize these properties/attributes based on the values/data within the cell. For example, in the Images panel, for the column 'format', it will be helpful to the user to have some additional information of what the different formats are. In this case, when the user hovers over a cell in the format column, displaying a help text with a short description of what that format means will be useful.
