Frog Game using Pyglet instead of Pygame

Registered by Daniel Bell

Pyglet (http://pyglet.org) and cocos2d (http://cocos2d.org) offer some neat advantages over the current Pygame (http://pygame.org). Such things as Scenes, Director, Animation, Layers, Menu, make implementing a lot of code easier. Things we want to get into 0.3/0.4 such as the Menu system and level flow were really difficult and buggy. Changing the game engine to pyglet and cocos2d will help with maintainability and scalability in the future, as well as in brining new features to the game.
