Per Frame Initial guess

Add ability to read in a seperate initial guess for each frame, this will facilitate staged fitting.
Aborted for now, since we have abandoned input decks for the moment. I believe becca realizes this functionality in her fitting scripts. If we implement a bigger fitting framework, we should remember to keep this capability.
