Improved Output/object saving

We can currently save yamls of fit results but they don't contain all of the information they should. They also don't work properly for openopt solvers.
We should probably expand this kind of serialization to most of the user useful objects in the codebase.

Output (for fit_new) includes most of the fit information. Open opt solvers are not treated correctly yet, and make_scatterer functions are not loaded from yaml's, but other than that, this is basically done once we accept fit_new.
