Multi Stage Fitting

Building on the ability to provide an initial guess for every frame, it would be nice to provide some automated procedures for doing multistage fitting (ie downsampled followed by full resolution or fit for some parameters, then for all).
This is easy enough to realize with python fit scripts. Remember to keep this functionality if we build more of a fitting framework.
