Fitting to holograms of arbitrary shaped objects

Registered by Tom Dimiduk

Ability to fit to more arbitrary shaped objects using DDA (Discrete Dipole Approximation) as a forward function.

A preview of this functionality will be in holopy 2.0. It uses a-dda (http://code.google.com/p/a-dda/) to compute forward functions.

At the moment we call a-dda through its command line interface and have it output scattering matrices at a series of angles. We then read the scattering matricies and convert to holograms.

At the moment this can use some of a-dda's predefined shapes, and can accept arbitrary voxelations (in a limited way). Methods to do discretizations are still needed.

Whiteboard

Workes decently well for spheres and coated spheres. Still needs some support work with respect to rotations to work well for other things

Could be retargeted to future if it proves difficult
