Test for the status of the uploaded Xmind file.

The meta-data attribute status can have only the following valid, case sensitive values:
DRAFT - When still in the XMind format and being edited by one or more knowledge workers.
SUBMITTED - When the CCD is ready for publication, the author(s) will set the status to this value.
CONVERTED - Upon being converted to an XSD. HKCR will set this value.
PUBLISHED - Upon final review and validation, the XSD status will be set to this value.
