There is a basic component with the logo changed. This theme component needs to be completed so that it looks similar to the http://www.mlhim.org website. The mlhim.theme is in the docs subdirectory.

After reviewing the logo and the Plone Sunburst theme colors. Decided that they didn't collide too much. Given manpower issues. This is considered complete.
