Sends and recieves IR using Pulse Modulation

Current code causes two High to Low interrupts at the reiceiver to represent a 0, and no interrupts to represent a 1. The current data rate of ~450 bps can be doubled by only causing one interrupt and halving the data period. This would most likely diminish the data accuracy.
