USB Keyboard and Mouse Support

The current keyboard and mouse support includes SPARC and PS/2 keyboards and a PS/2 mouse. They are controlled by a specific controller (ATtiny2313). The USB keyboard and mouse would require a different USB-aware MCU, such as the one already managing the USB ports: the ATmega32U4.
