Heybuddy Libnotify notifications
Have Heybuddy display notifications when new dents/@replies are recieved using libnotify (I would suggest this be optional, to reduce requirements.)

Heybuddy should be able to use libnotify to display a notification when timeline updates and/or user has @replies
By default notify will be "X new dents, Y new replies", and there will be another option to display @replies in the notification.
There will also be an option to disable notifications completely.

Details
Updates:
since we only get new updates in the timeline, we know the previous count and the current count, with a little math, we should know how many new updates there are in the timeline each refresh.
@replies:
since we are already adding the @replies to the mentions tab, we know what they are. Getting the text of each, and displaying them should be easy enough.
