Allow a way to get dent id from screen

Well, the idea is that from heybuddy I should be able to get the id of a dent, possibly from clicking on a link, or by it just being somewhere on the screen, such as beside the api client?

Use case... for getting the id for things such as getting jibbybot in the LO irc to show a specific dent. Currently, I have to go to that user's page, then find the right dent, get the link and find the dent id. Kinda annoying and stuff.
