Make magician a ranged combat unit

Including ranged combat unit into Hexwars might make the game more tactical. The magician that is supposed to be the most important unit might be a good candidate. Currently it only summons (healing) spirits next to its own position. It might be a possibility to fire those spirits at enemies to deal damage instead of healing own units.
