Memory loak testing using FastMM

A lot of code in Heathcliff is more dirty than necessary. Using FastMM (with debug DLL and text file output), memory leaks can be searched for.
At the same time, all x.Free should b replaced by FreeAndNil(x) in proper try...finally clauses.
