Use cloudinit's write feature rather then the current part handler

Registered by Steven Dake on 2013-07-13

The current part handler is a bit complex and could be simplified by using the write functionality in the cloudinit. This wasn't possible with older versions of cloudinit, but is possible with 0.7 series.
