Swift temporary URL

It would be nice to be able to setup temporary URLS directly from a template so I don't have to set my containers as open to everyone for temporary access in my cloud.
Setting the key on the container as metadata would make it works.

This probably would be best to be implemented with just adding account meta headers the same way we already do container metas.
